The Ellis one piece top lock mechanical seating nipple is used with top lock mechanical hold down pumps. It is ideal for well bores with high sandy environment and high well bore temperature. One piece seating nipple replaces traditional 3 piece top lock mechanical seating nipple, it eliminates the need for assembly and reduces chances of failure with multiple parts.

Ellis one piece top lock mechanical seating nipple has a wear resistance surface on the ID. Special surface treatment is used for both alloy steel and stainless steel version. It increases the life and reduces fluid leak when the pump is set and unset multiple times.
